- Monthly Board Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month via digital conference. The Executive session begins at 5:30 PM, General session typically begins around 6 PM, and the Homeowner open forum session begins shortly after. The Executive session is a closed session.
- All are welcome to attend the General session. Stream House property owners and empowered renters may address the board with inquiries, concerns, and issues during the Homeowner open forum session. Meetings will adjourn when business is concluded or 8:30 PM, whichever comes first.
- Those who wish to attend Board Meetings or participate in the Homeowner forum are encouraged to read our guidelines here.
- A monthly property walk is done on the second Wednesday of each month by our property management company Powerstone starting 10:00 AM. at the lower end of our Creekside Drive closest to our pool. A member of the Board of Directors and our landscape service manager typically attend this walk. The purpose of the property walk is to inspect the grounds, streams, buildings, structures, lights, etc. for damage, cleanliness, inspection of repairs performed, etc. Residents are welcome to join the walk.
