Parking Enforcement

The Stream House Association currently utilizes the services of Patrol Masters Inc.  Security and Parking patrols are performed randomly during all hours.  Vehicles found without appropriate parking tags will be ticketed on site.  The Board of Directors will be notified and a one time fine, per instance, may be added to your monthly assessment bill.  Vehicles ticketed multiple times may be at risk of being towed without further warning.  Vehicles found parked in non-designated parking areas or fire lanes (including unattended vehicles in front of garage doors without hazard lights on in cul-de-sacs) will be towed without warning.  See the Stream House Association CC&R’s as well as the Rules and Regulations for all specifications regarding parking within the community.

If your car has been towed, or is missing, please contact the towing company or the Orange Police Department to find the location that your vehicle has been towed to. All expenses incurred in towing a vehicle are the responsibility of the vehicle owner(s).
