The Stream House Board of Directors is proposing a revitalization project for our community. The project includes:

The estimated budget for this project is $3,341,461.28, which exceeds the Association’s current reserves. To move forward, this project requires community approval at an estimated cost of $20,129.28 per unit. The HOA has pre-approval for a 15 year loan that would be repaid at an estimated $178/mo per unit. Owners will have the option to pay all at once or on a monthly basis if the vote passes.

The Board believes we must act now to prevent further damage to the community, costly repairs, and permanent increases to the regular monthly assessments.
