The ballots have been counted. The association received 106 ballots out of a possible 166. The results were 48 Yes votes and 58 No votes. The No votes have the majority, the project as proposed will not move forward.
The Board would like to thank the members for participating in the vote. This feedback is important to the community. The Board will be meeting again at the regular General Session scheduled for December 15th, 2022 to discuss next steps.

The Stream House Board of Directors is proposing a revitalization project for our community. The project includes:
The estimated budget for this project is $3,341,461.28, which exceeds the Association’s current reserves. To move forward, this project requires community approval at an estimated cost of $20,129.28 per unit. The HOA has pre-approval for a 15 year loan that would be repaid at an estimated $178/mo per unit. Owners will have the option to pay all at once or on a monthly basis if the vote passes.
The Board believes we must act now to prevent further damage to the community, costly repairs, and permanent increases to the regular monthly assessments.
