Re-roofing work is continuing on the buildings in the south west of the community. 27 out of 52 buildings have been completed.
Approximately 22 buildings have been re-roofed. The weather has temporarily slowed progress, but the crews are expected to be back at work towards the end of the month.
Approximately 20 buildings have been re-roofed, or 38% of the community. Antis, the roofing contractor, is currently working on the west side of the community. They will continue in a counter-clockwise direction until complete.
14 out of 52 buildings have been re-roofed. The 5846 Creekside cul-de-sacs are almost complete.
Happy New Year. The re-roofing project is moving along with 10 out of 52 buildings done, or about 19% complete.
Phase 1 is complete. Phase 2, the final phase to re-roof the remaining buildings, has started. The construction will go in order from building 1 to building 47, roughly counter-clockwise around the community. Please see the revised map for details.

The ballots have been counted. The association received 99 ballots out of a possible 166. The results were 72 Yes votes and 27 No votes.
The Yes votes have the majority, the project is approved.

The board, Powerstone management, and Ross Construction are in the early phases of planning a new project after the community rejected the 2022 project.
