2024-08-28 Update – Re-roofing complete!

2024-08-15 Update

Re-roofing is 96% complete.

Decks are 93% complete.

2024-07-18 Update

Re-roofing is 77% complete.

Decks are 81% complete.

2024-06-20 Update

Re-roofing is completed on 36 out of 52 buildings, or 69%.

Deck repairs are complete on 74 out of 131 decks selected for repair, or 56%.

2024-05-16 Update

Re-roofing work is continuing on the buildings in the south west of the community. 27 out of 52 buildings have been completed.

2024-02-15 Update

Approximately 22 buildings have been re-roofed. The weather has temporarily slowed progress, but the crews are expected to be back at work towards the end of the month.

2024-01-28 Update

Approximately 20 buildings have been re-roofed, or 38% of the community. Antis, the roofing contractor, is currently working on the west side of the community. They will continue in a counter-clockwise direction until complete.

2024-01-14 Update

14 out of 52 buildings have been re-roofed. The 5846 Creekside cul-de-sacs are almost complete.

2024-01-01 Update

Happy New Year. The re-roofing project is moving along with 10 out of 52 buildings done, or about 19% complete.

2023-12-04 Update

Phase 1 is complete. Phase 2, the final phase to re-roof the remaining buildings, has started. The construction will go in order from building 1 to building 47, roughly counter-clockwise around the community. Please see the revised map for details.

Roofs for 222 N Singingwood #1-2 and #3-6 are complete

2023-11-16 Update

Phase 1 is underway. Re-roofing has started for:

• Building 7 – 5846 E Creekside #25-28
• Building 16 – 222 N Singingwood #3-6
• Building 17 – 222 N Singingwood #1-2
• Building 35 – 152 N Singingwood #1-2
• Building 45 – 5727 E Stillwater #3-6

2023-09-12 Update

The ballots have been counted. The association received 99 ballots out of a possible 166. The results were 72 Yes votes and 27 No votes.
The Yes votes have the majority, the project is approved.

The Board would like to thank the members for participating in the vote. More information on next steps will be provided as it becomes available.

2023-08-17 Update

We did not have enough votes to make quorum. The opening of the ballots has been postponed until September 12th at 6:00pm.

2023-07-12 Update

2023-05-25 Update

The board, Powerstone management, and Ross Construction are in the early phases of planning a new project after the community rejected the 2022 project.

The areas of improvement are focused solely on water intrusion related issues:

• Roofs
• Decks
• Walls/Stucco

We are still finalizing estimates, the cost will be around $3 million and require a loan.
