• July 18 & July 19, 2022 – LMI will be troubleshooting the stream pumps.
• June 15, 2022 – Annual Meeting / Civil Code Section 5115(b) Notice. Election of board directors.
• April 22, 2022 – The Stream House pool restrooms is currently undergoing repairs for water leak.
• February 10, 2022 – The new stream pumps have been installed and water is flowing again.
• January 21, 2022 – The Stream House spa is repaired and reopened.
• November 2021 to March 2022 – The heat for the Stream House pool is turned off for the winter.

2021

• December 4, 2021 – The Stream House spa is temporarily closed due to a chemical feeder malfunction. To avoid further damage, the pump has been turned off and will require inspection.
• December 4, 2021 – Clean up of the dried streams has begun.
• December 3, 2021 – Villuerbanne Master Association Email notification opt-in form. Sign-up Form.
• December 2, 2021 – Pacific Western will conduct balcony inspections beginning on or around December 6 to December 17, 2021. More information.

• November 2, 2021 – Stream House HOA updated Water Intrusion Policy. More Information.
• October 28, 2021 – Please note that the heat to the Stream House Pool will be turned OFF for the winter months as of November 1st and is schedule to be turned back ON in March.
• October 21, 2021 – Four new pumps have been ordered to replace the damaged pumps that no longer function. We are working on finding a vendor to clear the muck from the dried streams.
• October 14, 2021 – We will begin our roof maintenance and cleaning project on Monday, October 25th, 2021. More information.
• September – Our streams vendor, Lake Management Incorporated (LMI), started work on the stream today. Items that will be replace include shut-off valves and pump inspection replacements.
